Refund policy

At Azk Organic Hive, we are committed to delivering pure, natural, and high-quality organic products. Each jar is carefully packed and sealed to maintain product freshness, safety, and authenticity.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

- You receive a product with the seal not intact at the time of delivery.
- You receive an incorrect product or a product different from your order.
- The return request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a return, customers must provide:

- Order number
- Clear pictures/videos of the product and seal condition
- Details regarding the issue

Sealed Product Policy
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons:
- Once the seal of the jar is opened, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customers are requested to check the seal and product condition before opening the jar.
- We do not accept returns for opened, used, or consumed products.

Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:

- Products with an opened seal
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Change of mind after receiving the order

Refund & Replacement
If your return request meets our policy requirements, our team will review the concern and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement where applicable.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
